The workflow

Less scattered work.
More deliberate decisions.

Keep the context of a clip alongside the choices that shape it.

01 / Bring

Start with the source.

Save an original or authorized recording reference, or test private MP4/WebM uploads within the beta’s limits.

02 / Select

Choose the moment.

Mark a start and end time yourself. Edit your finished clip in your preferred external editor.

03 / Review

Make the call.

Review the draft and approve its current version. Edits require fresh approval; earlier decisions remain in the history.

04 / Prepare

Plan your release.

Prepare approved captions and video references in a manual posting package. You handle the platform upload.

Available beta / honest boundaries

A useful foundation.
A thoughtful next chapter.

ATLAS is an early creator workspace. Try the tools that are available and help shape what earns a place next.

  • Private drafts and clear approval history

Account-scoped records, saved versions and creator decisions. Atlas draft review is currently simulated.

  • Resumable recording intake

MP4/WebM up to 100 MiB, five shared slots, including unfinished uploads. Resume within 24 hours by reselecting the original file.

  • Manual planning and posting packages

Organize the next release and export the current approved content package. Packages do not render, cut or publish video.

  • What still needs to be built

Automatic editing, transcription, autonomous agents and social publishing remain unfinished. Read the roadmap for integration status.

Potential ATLAS tiers

Starter, Creator and Studio are proposed membership directions, not released subscriptions. Pricing, final benefits and usage allowances need cost and quality testing. No checkout or billing is active.

Will ATLAS publish content for me?

No. The current beta prepares manual posting plans and packages. You upload to your social platforms yourself. Automatic publishing is not active.

Can other creators see my drafts?

Workspace records are scoped to your signed-in identity. Shared galleries and creator collaboration are not enabled. The owner reviews applications and feedback.

Does the simulated review use AI or vidIQ credits?

No. The beta’s simulated Atlas draft review does not make model or vidIQ calls and does not spend those credits.

How do invitations work?

Sign in and request access. The owner reviews applications. Opening an invitation link does not grant membership; check Creator access for your status and use the same account after approval.
